If you create an account, our system will save your information, making it quicker and simpler for you to place orders in the future. We won't save any of your credit and debit card information for your security. Is it possible to modify my name and address?

Yes, by selecting Change Information in the Manage Account section of the website, you can modify any of your personal information, including your name or address. Once you've placed an order, it's impossible to modify your name or address after the package has left the warehouse.

Can I revoke my purchase?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order if you have already received your dispatch confirmation from us. In this case, you will need to return the items to us. If you have not yet received your dispatch confirmation, please contact our customer service team using our contact form, and they will help you cancel your order.

After I've placed my order, can I make changes?

We pick and pack orders very quickly, so once you've placed an order, we are unable to make modifications. This covers the payment method, shipping options, and delivery address. You can just place a new order if you require more things.
